Gindi TLV Fashion Week outfit #3

This is the third outfit that I wore to fashion week. Actually, it was totally unplanned since I did go to some morning shows on the second day, but I did not intend to return in the evening. I am so glad that I did! The show I saw was by Alon Livne and for me, this was the best one. Also, I got to sit at the first row and to see up close the spectacular work of the designer. The quality of the sawing and the fabrics were perfect and the shapes....left me speechless....

A funny little detail about this outfit, I wore this skirt to my prom night, when I was seventeen!!!  It's true that quality and a classic cut never go out of style.

TLV Fashion Week Day 1

It's so hard to believe that the event I was so excited about, has already passed. For me, Tel-Aviv fashion week was a huge success!
A few things made it so fantastic .First of all, the space that was build especially for the event was absolutely incredible. Three huge tents were put in the middle of a construction site and included a lounge, a runway and a backstage.
Second, was the nearly VIP treatment that we, the bloggers received. We had an access to the press room where we could always find some refreshments, laptops and phone chargers. Also, we had access to the backstage where we had the opportunity to see all the preparations for the runways shows.
And third and most important were the wonderful people I had the pleasure to meet. All so chic, charismatic and inspiring!

קשה להאמין, שהאירוע שכה חיכיתו לו והתרגשתי לקראתו, כבר מאחורי. לשמחתי, אני יכולה להגיד שהמציאות עלתה על הדימיון ושבוע האופנה של גינדי היה הצלחה מסחררת מבחינתי.
קודם כל האירגון. לכבוד האירוע, בשטחו של פרוייקט גינדי החדש, הוקמו שלושה אוהלים - אחד לקבלת פנים שנראה כמו אולם אירועים מושקע, אחד לתצוגה (9 שורות משני צידי המסלול כשכל שורה באורך של 50 כיסאות) ואחד למאחורי הקלעים. בעיני, החלל שהתקבל היה יפה, מרווח ונוח.
הסעיף השני הוא יחס הכמעט VIP שקיבלנו אנחנו הבלוגריות, משהו שלא ציפיתי לו בכלל. הייתה לנו גישה לחדר עיתונאים, חדר שבו ניתן היה לנוח, לשתות מים, לנשנש ולהשתמש בלפטופ ומטען לטלפון. הייתה לנו גם גישה למאחורי הקלעים וניתנה לנו הזדמנות פז לראות את כל ההכנות לקראת התצוגות.
והדבר השלישי והחשוב ביותר הוא האנשים הנפלאים שאיתם היה לי העונג לבלות את שלושת הימים האלו. כולם שיקיים, כריזמטיים ומעוררי השראה!

On the first day I saw three shows. The first one was by Tovale and Naama Chasin which was very optimistic, with models wearing sparky dresses, flat comfortable shoes and a smile.

ביום הראשון ביקרתי בשלוש תצוגות :
הראשונה הייתה של טובל'ה ונעמה חסין שהייתה אופטימית ושמחה עם דוגמניות חייכניות בנעליים שטוחות ונוחות ושמלות מנצנצות.

The next show was by Gideon and Karen Oberson.

לפני התצוגה השניה - גדעון וקארן אוברזון, קפצתי להגיד שלום מאחורי הקלעים לחברתי ניקול דנינו, המאפרת המוכשרת מבית מיקי בוגנים.

שמלת הקונכיות שסיימה את התצוגה הייתה מרשימה במיוחד :

Last show was by American Eagle Outfitters.

והתצוגה האחרונה הייתה של אמריקן איגל וכללה בין היתר ג'ינסים, טי-שרטים והלבשה תחתונה.

I'm Blue

This is a comfortable outfit that I wore for a girls meet-up. I was pretty tired and sick and just wanted to sit back and eat sushi, my favorite comfort food!

I loved those black and white shoes for a few years. They came home with me from New-York, from the legendary store Century 21. Sadly, this was their last appearance. Their sole totally broke and I decided to let them go...

After so many months of heat, it's so hard to get used to all of those layers of clothes. I feel I have too much and nothing to wear, all in the same time. And the prices are freaky!!! I'm sick, frustrated and tired. Tell me something nice please (Not about me, just... generally speaking...)
