התכוונתי לצלם את השמלה הזאת עוד כשלא הייתי בהריון. הדבר הכי מיוחד בה, היא כנראה העובדה שתפרתי אותה לבד. כן, כן, אני, במכונה הביתית. לפני כמה שנים הבנתי שהתחביב שלי הוא אופנה ורציתי לעשות משהו נוסף בתחום אבל לא ידעתי מה. בסוף נרשמתי לקורס תפירה של כשלושה חודשים בשנקר. זאת הייתה תקופה כייפית ביותר ולמרות לשלא הפכתי לתופרת מקצועית בעקבות הקורס, כן למדתי להעריך עבודת תפירה ובדים איכותיים.
I intended to snap this dress a long time ago, before I got pregnant. The most interesting thing about it I suppose, is the fact that I made it. Yes, yes, with my own sawing machine. A few years ago I knew that my hobby was fashion and I wanted to do something more in that area. Eventually, I signed up for a three month sawing course in the fashion school called Shenkar. It was a wonderful experience and even thought I didn't turn to a professional seamstress, I did learn to appreciate quality work and fabric.
